Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms govern your use of Sawab, operated by Adam Ayyate, a digital loyalty card platform. By using Sawab, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Sawab does
Sawab lets merchants create digital loyalty cards for their customers, delivered via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Customers earn stamps for visits or purchases as determined by each merchant, and redeem rewards according to that merchant's own program.
2. Merchant accounts
If you're a merchant using Sawab to run your loyalty program, you're responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for how you use customer data collected through the platform, in accordance with applicable Moroccan law, including Law 09-08.
3. Customer use
If you're a customer who has joined a merchant's loyalty card, your relationship for rewards, stamps, and redemptions is with that merchant — Sawab provides the technology, but reward terms (how many stamps, what you get) are set by the merchant, not by us.
4. Free trial and subscriptions
Sawab offers a 14-day free trial for new merchants, no payment required to start. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription under one of Sawab's published plans (Starter, Pro, or Custom). Billing and payment methods are described on our pricing page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sawab to collect data unlawfully, harass customers, or violate any applicable law, including Morocco's data protection regulations.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep Sawab available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary outages.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
