Common questions
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. One QR scan adds your card to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — nothing to install, no account to create.
What plans are there?
Two. Starter at 199 MAD a month is the loyalty program: the wallet card, scanning and the numbers behind it. Pro at 400 MAD a month is the whole platform — one QR with the menu, feedback, Wi-Fi, your links, Google reviews, campaigns and referrals behind it. Each includes one location; extra ones are 149 and 299 MAD a month. Paid yearly you get two months free: 1,990 and 4,000 MAD.
How do I get started?
Message us on WhatsApp. We'll set up your card with you and show you how scanning works at your counter.
Do I need special hardware or a POS integration?
No. Any phone or tablet with a camera can scan your customers' cards. Sawab doesn't connect to till or point-of-sale systems.
Which languages does Sawab work in?
Arabic, French and English — both your dashboard and your customers' cards.
