Do my customers need an app?
No. Sawab integrates directly with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Your customers simply scan a QR code, and the loyalty card installs natively on their phone. No downloads required.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription directly from the 'Settings' tab in your Merchant Dashboard. You can cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer POS integration?
Yes! Our Enterprise plan includes API access to integrate Sawab directly into your existing POS system for automated stamp issuance. Contact our sales team for details.
